TM-*--WHEN AN ORDINARY walk BECOMES walk OF MEDICINAL MEDITATION---?

In walking, the attention on stepping the legs and the action of the legs up to thighs with eyes on the path is nothing but doing MM while walking. 

When the ordinary walking becomes MM walking, the capacity is increased to walk from 3 km to 6 km. 

After completing the walking, some unknown kind of joy will spread throughout the body and mind. 

The pain arising out of walking is eliminated.

All kinds of physical and mental works become easy to do by doing MM while working. 

Thus apart from 
eliminating the pain and  difficulty  arising  out  of  work, 
there is an internal  feeling  of happiness spreading  throughout  the body and mind. 

Apart from the above there are other benefits out of doing MM while walking.
