One day in my native place
at 5 PM, hernia pain had started. It was going on increasing. I had thought of
undertaking Medicinal Meditation (MM) by sitting with closed eyes.
But my
wife would not tolerate my suffering from any disease. So I had started walking
inside the long hall in my house. My attention was on the hernia pain during
walking. The mind was wavering intermittently.
My wife from the kitchen had
shouted “what are you doing.” As a reply to her, I had said “Today I did not go
for walking as a heavy cool wind is blowing. So I am walking inside the hall!”
I had continued my walking with MM. The hernia pain had gone within half an
hour.
