HOW TO QUENCH THE THOUGHT OF SUICIDE?-TM

For Vathsalla who is in suicide mood,  after making her 
mind without any thought for few seconds, she must 
slowly close her eyes and focus on the expansions and contractions of the chest along with  heaviness  or tightness in her chest due to anguish leading  to the decision taken for committing suicide. Whenever any other thoughts come intermittently, she must stop the thoughts and bring the mind smoothly to the chest action  (the focussing of expansions, contractions and heaviness feeling in the chest). 

Thus this MM must be done until the complete heaviness in the chest is vanished. It may take ½ an hour to one hour for removing the heaviness feeling. After one hour her mind will be free from the stress which was the cause for taking decision to commit suicide. Thus suicides can be prevented by insisting the people to do the above Medicinal Meditation. 
  
For doing this, a great effort is not necessary. This Exercise may be done for one hour otherwise it may be done thrice of 20 minutes time (equal to 48 hours in the ordinary course of time) Karupanan’s angry feeling would vanish. Vathsala’s suicide thought would disappear. Their minds would be free from stressed thoughts and so their chests becomes light weight or without tightness. Because both the angry and anguish of stress would arrive at Sub Conscious Mind in one hour duration.
